	Goals
	This 2002 program was aimed at making Bartholomew County better connected by developing a strategic plan for the necessary technology and infrastructure improvements. It was supported by a generous grant from AT&T Corporation.
	An assessment of existing technology was completed.
	Recommendations from that assessment were used by the Mayor to create a Task Force.
	The Mayor's Task Force recommended the creation of a formal Technology Advisory Committee for the City. City Council approved this in 2006.
